The Challenge
A single-storey rear extension with solid brick walls was the coldest room in the property — the thermal performance was poor and the bare brick finish was well past its best.

Our Approach
Insulation boards were mechanically fixed around the full extension perimeter with careful detailing at window reveals, the door frame and the eaves. A reinforced base coat and cream protective coating completed the system, tying the extension's finish into the main house.
