Silicone render details
One specialist team for rendering, EWI and plastering on commercial properties across Yorkshire — from apartment blocks to care homes, schools and hotels.
Commercial rendering and external wall insulation projects differ from domestic work in meaningful ways: larger areas, more complex access requirements, occupied buildings that cannot simply close for the duration of the works, and a procurement process that typically involves tender documents, pre-qualification questionnaires and formal H&S documentation. Sprayplast is set up to handle all of it.
We work directly with building owners, landlords and property managers, and as a specialist subcontractor to main contractors and developers. Our team has experience on apartment blocks, schools, care homes, hotels and industrial premises across Yorkshire — properties where getting the programme right and maintaining site safety around the people who use the building matters as much as the quality of the finish itself.
Every commercial project begins with a site visit. Substrate condition, access requirements, the building's occupancy pattern and any programme constraints all affect both the system specification and the way the work is organised. If you have a project to discuss, get in touch or browse our full range of services.
Rendering, EWI and plastering from the same company — eliminating the coordination overhead of managing multiple trades on the same project.

Plastering detailsWe work across a range of commercial building types — each with its own programme requirements, site conditions and occupancy considerations.

One team, full accountability, complete documentation. The things that matter when you are managing a commercial project to a programme and a budget.
A structured process from first enquiry to handover — so you know what to expect and when at every stage.
Contact us by phone, email or through the website with a brief description of your project. We'll establish scope, confirm whether drawings or specifications are available and arrange a site visit.
We attend site to assess the substrate, access requirements, programme constraints and any site-specific factors. For tender submissions we can work from drawings; we still prefer to visit before pricing.
We issue a fixed, itemised quotation with a proposed programme. For occupied sites we agree working windows and access arrangements at this stage, before any contract is signed.
We mobilise with all required H&S documentation in place. Works proceed in line with the agreed programme, with regular progress updates to your site manager or contract administrator.
On completion we carry out a full inspection and resolve any snagging before formally handing over. Warranty documentation is issued for qualifying systems.
We work on a broad range of commercial properties across Yorkshire: apartment blocks and residential developments, schools and educational buildings, hotels and B&Bs, care homes and supported living facilities, industrial and warehouse units, and retail or office premises. If you have a project outside these categories, contact us — we're happy to discuss scope.
Yes. We regularly work on occupied sites — care homes, hotels and schools that cannot close for the duration of the works. We agree a working programme before the job starts that minimises disruption to residents, staff and visitors. Access routes are kept clear, noise and dust are managed, and we coordinate with your facilities or site manager throughout.
