The Challenge
A single-storey rear extension with exposed brickwork that needed a clean, durable finish to match the rest of the property — the bare brick looked unfinished and was weathering poorly.

Our Approach
Stainless steel render beads were fitted to all corners and reveals, and windows fully masked. A polymer-modified base coat with embedded fibreglass reinforcing mesh was applied across both elevations, followed by a cream silicone topcoat for a hydrophobic, self-cleaning finish.
